Platform Usage

Anyone accessing and using the pum99 website and platform must read, understand, and comply fully with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not continue using the platform.

pum99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updates are posted on the website means you accept the revised terms.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or play on pum99. We may request proof of age at any time and may temporarily suspend accounts under review.

Individual Accounts

Each player may only register one account on pum99. If a second account is opened using the same IP address, payment details, or personal information, both accounts may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Incorrect or carelessly submitted information may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. Do not allow any third party to play using your account. If your account is accessed without authorisation, notify the pum99 customer support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

You must go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when making a withdrawal or when we require it. This is done to protect players' funds and ensure fair play.

Deposits

Deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, which applies to all methods. Deposits are normally processed almost instantly and will appear in your account.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method linked to your account — transfers to third-party payment accounts are not allowed.

• All withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed before processing.
• If you withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
• If suspicious money laundering activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

pum99 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Players must use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals, and the platform must not be used to move funds connected to criminal activity.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first deposit can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks — receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The 40,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (wagering 400,000 Ks).
• Deposit 220,000 Ks — receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks. The 200,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (wagering 2,000,000 Ks).

Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the 10x wagering requirement is fully met.

Bonus Conditions

• The terms of each bonus may vary and are shown on the promotions page.
• If you make a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and any related winnings will be automatically cancelled.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is not allowed.
• Bonus wagering can only be completed through live casino games, slots, or games specified in the bonus terms.

VIP Program — Cashback

The pum99 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Details —

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3% per week
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7% per week
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0% per week

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your play history and activity on pum99.

Fair Play

Players on the pum99 platform are strictly prohibited from using software, bots, or any tools to gain an advantage in games. Collusion, bonus abuse, and any conduct that violates fair play rules will result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

Technical Errors

Winnings resulting from technical errors or software malfunctions may be withheld by pum99. In such cases, the player will be notified and an investigation will be carried out.

Game Availability

Any game may be temporarily or permanently suspended due to necessary maintenance or software updates from external game providers. As this is outside pum99's control, players will be notified in advance and any affected pending bets will be resolved.

Player Responsibilities

• You must play with your own funds only. pum99 does not encourage playing with borrowed money.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure at all times. Do not register an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to access the platform for unlawful purposes or carrying out any form of cyberattack is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Service

pum99 reserves the right to close any player account with prior notice. If a player is found to have violated these terms, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice. Any legitimate funds remaining at the time of closure will be returned (excluding bonus funds where the bonus period has not yet been completed).
